Costs as of 2022
I do not participate in any insurance programs, and payment is made to me by the patient via electronic billing or card, or check.
Current fees for standard clinical services are as follows:
Evaluation--$400/hour, usually a 2 hour process.
Psychotherapy (with medication follow up if part of care)--$300/45 minutes or $400/hour.
Medication follow up--$220/25-30 minutes.

- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Time needed out of appointment setting to engage in correspondence or filling out of forms and similar documents or extensive discussions with outside parties on a patient’s behalf may be charged at the same rates as appointments.
- I will charge you the full fee of a missed appointment or one cancelled with less than a day’s notice.
